Challenge:
After being let down by other companies in the past, the Inspired Minds team wanted to find a video company they could rely on for creativity, timely delivery and quality for their 2019 World Summit AI event in Amsterdam.
Solution:
With the event only two months away (October 2019), we created videos that supported ticket sales for the event and following the success with this, we created the featured video which was played at the venue to open the 2 day event.
On-site we filmed all aspects of the multi-stage event with 3 film crew teams roaming the venue, generating a a substantial library of content. Initially the content was edited into short social edits to be posted out immediately after the event, then we created a highlights reel, 2020 trailer, interview, speaker sessions and many more social cuts.
Result:
Our solution supported Inspired Minds with their most successful ticket sales ever. Since the event they have been posting more and more content online to keep the buzz and excitement carrying on through and will be driving sales for their 2020 event later in the year!
