Challenge:
Ramsay Healthcare came to Ideal Insight with a clear objective; they were looking to reduce the amount they were spending on external recruitment agencies and attract a better yield of candidates directly, working with a specific, slightly constrained budget.
Solution:
We put together a creative, practical and focussed plan (which fit their budgetary requirements) to produce a scalable video series of 30 staff member testimonials from various roles within the company. The videos encapsulated the fantastic ethos, working environment, job satisfaction and benefits working within Ramsay had to offer.
Considerations:
The medical industry presents very specific and unique considerations when filming testimonial based videos. Not only is the video subject typically very sensitive, but often participants are very nervous about sharing their story and experience to camera.

As a result, Ramsay have received a 17% uplift in job applications and 3.8% improvement within their recruitment web pages. Reliance on external agencies has also been heavily reduced.
